# Agent skills

> Give Claude or another agent ready-made workflows for triaging mentions and qualifying leads

The [MCP server](/docs/guides/mcp) gives an assistant the tools. A skill tells it how to use them well: what to check first, what to leave to you, and what costs money.

## Skills

| Skill | Use it to |
| --- | --- |
| [`overhear-mentions`](/skills/overhear-mentions/SKILL.md) | See what needs a reply today, hide unrelated hits, save testimonials, draft replies, and add keywords without wasting scans. |
| [`overhear-leads`](/skills/overhear-leads/SKILL.md) | Write the lead profile, suggest lead searches, and rank leads by fit and intent with quoted evidence. |

Both skills need the MCP server connected. They never post a reply for you, and they only add keywords when you ask.

## Install

#### Claude Code
Save each file into your skills folder:

```

Use `overhear-leads` in place of `overhear-mentions` for the lead skill. Claude Code picks skills up on the next session.

#### Claude app
Download the `SKILL.md`, put it in a folder named after the skill, zip the folder and upload it under **Settings → Capabilities → Skills**.
